I am writing today to thank you for all the support that you have extended to me during my time here at Inspiration Ltd.. From the time I started working on this post you have demonstrated high level of support and encouragement towards me and it means more to me than you could imagine.

You have also demonstrated excellent leadership skills and therefore you have been able to mobilize the team and utilize potential of team members in the best possible way. Your motivation to do our work to satisfy customers need on timely delivery of all our products are the result of your ultimate skills. I would like to bring your attention that most of the colleagues in our team work extra hours and very hard to satisfy our customers only because you appreciate our efforts and reward the best performing individuals.  Even if I leave this company for my own reason, your help, support and best managerial skill will remain in my heart.
