Formal Service Letter Request Sample

A service letter request contains two indications. First, a letter of request, as the title says is a letter in which one individual asks from other individual, organization or group of people to grant a specific answer to the demand or a respond to certain demand or inquiry contained in the letter. As the letters of request, service letter request should be highly formal, as short as possible and struck to the point, written in polite and courteous manner. Other part of the title is the service content of the service letter request. Therefore, the service letter request is a letter for conformation that certain employee worked in the certain company from date to date, on certain position, including the reason for his/her resignation. It is also highly formal letter by it content, which supposes to be sealed with a company’s seal and relevant signatures from the HR managers or directors of the company. In the following lines we are going to present examples for a simple service letter request.
